Sales Executive – Offline Retail (Socks Brand – Drifter)

Location : New Delhi

Salary : ₹15,000 / month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives (₹5 per pair sold)

About Us :

Drifter is a modern Gen Z–driven socks brand focused on stylish, comfortable, and trend-setting designs. We are building our offline presence through retail shops, gyms, sneaker stores, and distributors.

Role & Responsibilities :

Generate offline orders from retail shops, gyms, sneaker outlets, and distributors.

Build strong relationships with store owners and partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field visits.

Expand Drifter’s offline presence in Delhi / NCR and beyond.

Report regularly on sales performance.

What We Offer :

Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.

Incentive of ₹5 per pair sold (uncapped earning potential).

Who We’re Looking For :

At least 1–2 years of field sales experience (FMCG, apparel, footwear, or fashion accessories preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales.

Based in Delhi / NCR.
