What You’ll Do

• Generate Leads & Build Pipeline : Research and identify decision-makers in target accounts. Initiate contact via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn / social outreach.
• Qualify Prospects : Understand prospects’ challenges, pain points, and needs, setting them up for success with our solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives : Ensure smooth handoffs and maintain momentum through the sales cycle.
• Become a Product Pro : Gain deep knowledge of our LED lighting and sustainable solutions to clearly communicate their value.
• Manage Data : Keep CRM records up-to-date (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and track outreach performance.
• Nurture Relationships : Build trust through valuable follow-ups, product updates, and consistent engagement.
