Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our Sulthanbathery branch. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for the overall management and operational excellence of the branch. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in the financial services sector, capable of driving sales, ensuring superior customer service, and maintaining a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Growth & Sales :
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for gold loans and other diversified products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the local market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership & Management :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of branch staff to achieve individual and collective goals.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes high productivity and employee satisfaction.Operational Excellence :
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including cash management, document verification, and data entry.Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.Manage branch finances, including profitability analysis and expense control.Customer & Stakeholder Relations :
Ensure the delivery of superior customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the community.Reporting & Compliance :
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics to regional and corporate management.Conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence to all operational and ethical A minimum of 7+ years of experience in the banking, finance, or a related sector.A minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.Experience in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector is a significant plus.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.An MBA in Finance or Marketing is highly preferred.Skills :
