Roles and Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data to understand business processes and identify areas for

improvement

Develop business requirements and specifications to support the development of new

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for

Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Research and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance the

organization's products, services, and processes

Identify areas of opportunity for innovation within the organization and develop

proposals for new initiatives

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology innovation

projects, from ideation to launch

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technology innovation initiatives align with the

goals of the organization

Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems and infrastructure,

including hardware, software, and networks

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems that can improve the efficiency and

effectiveness of the organization

Develop and manage budgets for technology-related projects and operations

Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers
