Senior Tech Resource

Key Responsibilities :

• Core IT Operations : Oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintenance of IT Infrastructure : Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
• Information and Cyber Security : Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• SAP Basis and Security : Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems. Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks.
• Product Development and Integrations : Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - support the internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.
• Experience : 10-15 years, preferably in mid-senior to senior position for at least 5+ years
• Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
