About The Role
We're looking for a Program Manager – Ads to drive the execution and optimization of paid marketing programs across channels. You'll work closely with the growth, creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are planned, executed, and scaled efficiently to deliver measurable business impact.
This role is perfect for someone who's operationally strong, data-savvy, and passionate about scaling performance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of performance marketing programs across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
- Partner with channel leads to define goals, budgets, and success metrics.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Build and maintain operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency and speed.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns go live on time with high quality.
- Manage reporting cadences and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Drive cross-functional reviews and ensure smooth coordination between growth, data, and product teams.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in program management, performance marketing, or growth operations.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets / Excel, Notion, Asana, or SQL.Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in a startup, growth, or marketing operations environment is a plus.Why Join Us
