The Opportunity

As our AI Program Manager, you will be the central force translating strategy into execution. You'll be at the critical intersection of our Content, Tech, and AI Production teams, driving high-impact projects that re-engineer our internal processes for a new era of entertainment. This is a pivotal role that blends creative strategy with relentless, data-driven execution.

What You'll Do

• Build Our Operational Playbook : Design and implement the standards, systems, and best practices for our content operations—to achieve world-class speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Champion a Data-First Culture : Collaborate with our Tech, Operations & Production teams to ensure the programs you run are deeply integrated with our core technology and that every decision is backed by data.
