Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager from the Cement Industry to lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations. The role requires strong expertise in process optimization, quality control, team management, and achieving production efficiency while ensuring safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage production operations to achieve plant targets for clinker and cement output.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Implement process optimization and cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, minimizing process deviations and wastage.
• Oversee equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive actions.
• Manage and mentor production teams, ensuring skill development and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with departments like Mines, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, and Dispatch for smooth workflow.
• Enforce strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and contribute to plant sustainability B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
• 15 to 16 years of experience in cement manufacturing operations (kiln, raw mill, and cement mill areas).
• Proven expertise in process optimization, production planning, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and modern production tools.
• Familiarity with ISO, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices preferred.
