UK Accounts Manager (ACCA)

Position : Team Leader / Manager - UK Finance & Accounts

Job Type : Full Time, 5 days gurgaon based work from office

Experience : 5 to 12 years

Qualification : ACCA - Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced and ACCA qualified professional for UK accounting and taxation function across a portfolio of businesses, including property and e-commerce 5-7 entities. You will be the go-to person for all UK compliance, tax, and financial reporting matters working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and growth support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end UK Accounting & Taxation for 5-7 different entities like Property / Ecommerce
• Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting operations for 6-7 UK entities
• Manage and review UK personal tax filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate corporate tax computations and submissions.
• Handle HMRC and Companies House filings independently, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Review and manage VAT filings across multiple business structures.
• Supervise preparation of monthly and annual accounts in compliance with UK GAAP and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage financial statements, Balance sheet finalization, ad-hoc reporting etc.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to support business decision-making for both property and product verticals.
