Assistant Manager – Marketing (Content & Marcom)

We’re looking for energetic, creative, and detail-oriented professionals to join the CtrlS Marketing team as Assistant Manager – Marketing (Content & Marcom) . If you love shaping ideas into powerful narratives, enjoy blending creativity with technology, and want to be part of the team powering India’s largest Rated-4 and AI-ready datacenter brand - this role is for you.

You’ll own content and marcom responsibilities across digital, social, campaigns, collateral, and internal / external communications. From thought-leadership blogs and case studies to social campaigns, brochures, and videos, you’ll help us tell stories and simplify complex tech messaging that resonates with customers, builds brand love, and drives growth.

What You’ll Do

Content & Storytelling

• Work closely with technical teams to identify our unique propositions and create compelling content around products, services, capabilities, and credentials.
• Research, write, and edit high-impact content : blogs, case studies, whitepapers, campaign copy, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Develop product / service artifacts such as positioning, messaging, presentations, sales tools, and marketing collateral for Go-To-Market efforts.
• Update website content and ensure consistency of brand voice across all channels.
