TCS is hiring for Smartcomms
Exp : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Pan india
Roles and responsiblites
- End-to-end Smartcomms solutions tailored to BFSI use cases such as policy documents, statements, onboarding communications, and regulatory notices.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Integrate Smartcomms with core BFSI systems (e.G., core banking, policy admin systems, CRM, ECM).
- Ensure solutions meet compliance standards including GDPR, PCI-DSS and local financial regulations.
- Optimize document generation workflows for performance, accuracy, and auditability.
- Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demos for stakeholders.
- Provide governance and best practices for Smartcomms usage across the enterprise.
- Support DevOps and CI / CD pipelines for Smartcomms deployments.
