Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage post-sales customer engagement in India. This role will ensure smooth onboarding, support the adoption of COMSOL software, and act as a bridge between customers, technical teams, and marketing. The ideal candidate will help maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and software utilization, while contributing to success stories, Go-To-Market initiatives, and user education. COMSOL Multiphysics is a global leader in simulation software for modeling and solving complex physics-based problems.
This is a work from office role, and the selected candidate is expected to work from COMSOL office in Bengaluru.

Supporting your success in your role as a Customer Success Executive will be experienced applications engineer, sales, and marketing professionals who occupy the top echelons of their areas of expertise. You will see and participate, on a daily basis, in the development and execution of innovative customer engagement strategies and adoption programs across multiple industries.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with customers from leading commercial enterprises and research organizations. You will assist them in realizing the full potential of COMSOL Multiphysics software, support their simulation initiatives, and contribute to the creation of success stories that showcase real-world innovation and technical excellence.
