Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title : QA Specialist – E-Learning Platform & Content TestingLocation : On-Site | Job Type : Full-timeDepartment : Quality Assurance | Reports to : Product Manager / Technical LeadJob Summary : We are hiring a QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our digital learning products. The role includes testing online courses, interactive elements, and platform features to deliver a bug-free learning experience.Key Responsibilities : - Perform manual and automated testing of online courses, UI components, and backend workflows.- Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues.- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators for iterative improvements.- Validate LMS integration, course navigation, video playback, quizzes, and progress tracking.- Maintain test plans, checklists, and QA documentation.Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of QA experience in web / app or e-learning environments.- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, or LMS standards is a plus.- Excellent written and verbal communication.
