Job description

THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing and a basic understanding of contact center platforms, Service Cloud Voice, and telephony systems. You will be responsible for validating end-to-end workflows, ensuring software quality, and helping the team deliver a stable and user-friendly experience for customer service agents.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and UI
  • Exposure to Service Cloud or Service Cloud Voice features is a plus
  • Understanding of call center environments, such as agent workflows or telephony handling
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)
  • Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Amazon Connect, Twilio, or other CTI platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce omni-channel, case routing, or voice interactions
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Knowledge of test automation basics (though this is a manual testing role)

Responsibilities :

  • Design, write, and execute manual test cases for web-based and Salesforce applications
  • Validate Service Cloud Voice workflows, softphone functionality, and customer service call flows
  • Test integrations between Salesforce and telephony platforms like Amazon Connect or similar
  • Perform functional, UI, regression, and smoke testing
  • Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Provide support for UAT and post-deployment testing
