Role summary
This role drives full-funnel marketing and student outreach to boost applications and admissions across global study destinations. It leads performance marketing, CRM nurturing, content and brand strategy, influencer collaborations, and offline events, while providing data-driven insights to improve conversions and scale growth.
Key responsibilities
60% — Marketing, Outreach & Growth Strategy
- Plan & execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive applications & admissions.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Design & monitor student outreach strategies for different regions & intakes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
- Build lead nurturing workflows through CRM, automation & WhatsApp journeys.
- Collaborate with the counsellor team to improve conversion % across stages of the student journey.
- Conduct market research on student demand, trending courses, countries, intakes, competitors.
- Manage seminars, webinars, campus outreach, partnerships & education fairs.
- Analyze data weekly & share insights, dashboards & growth roadmaps with leadership.
40% Content, Branding & Creative Marketing
Oversee and guide content for social media, YouTube, student success stories, career-focused videos, emailers & blogs.Create a brand persona that feels trustworthy, relatable & aspirational for students and parents.Design creative campaigns around real student journeys, study abroad myths, scholarships, courses, and global career opportunities.Lead influencer collaborations (education creators, alumni, student vloggers, micro influencers).Manage external content teams (graphic designers, editors, scriptwriters, etc.) and ensure quality.Maintain brand consistency across websites, ads, social posts, presentation decks, brochures & offline branding.Skills Required
