At Trecasa, we’re a young design-build & interiors startup building our core team. We create stylish, modern living spaces for homeowners — and we’re looking for someone who can take our brand to the next level.

This is not just another marketing role. You’ll be driving growth, shaping strategy, and executing campaigns that deliver results from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate directly with the founders to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Plan, run, and optimize Social Media Marketing and SEO campaigns.
• Build and grow the brand organically through strategic content creation across platforms.
• Create and manage content assets including blogs, creatives, videos, and reels.
• Lead ad campaign management on Meta and Google (setup, optimization, reporting).
• Monitor KPIs / ROI across all marketing activities and manage lead-generation funnels.
• Experiment with multiple channels to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Edit videos for social media, ads, and brand storytelling.
• Guide, train, and coordinate a small team of 2 interns / freelancers.
