Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leasing representative located in the Mohali district. The Sales Leasing representative will be responsible for resident retention, customer service, managing leases, and lease administration. They will communicate effectively with customers, maintain records, and ensure efficient leasing processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
• Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work onsite in Mohali
• Experience in sales or leasing in the parking or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
