Stavtar - Project Manager - Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Role Overview :

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects across the StavPay product line, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This includes managing internal product / engineering / design teams, external vendors (banks, payment providers), and clients during onboarding and rollout.

The role requires a balance of technical fluency, payments industry knowledge, and structured project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with product roadmap and client needs.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and UX / UI teams to clarify requirements and prioritize work.
• Coordinate with banking / payment partners on integration timelines, compliance approvals, and certifications
• Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders during onboarding and implementation.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; drive proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards (PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Client Delivery
• Manage client-facing projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Ensure smooth adoption of StavPay modules including invoice capture, approvals, payment center, and reporting.
• Capture client feedback for product improvement.
• Operational Excellence
• Establish repeatable processes for implementation and release management.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and best-practice sharing.
