Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive delivery of high-impact projects. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will balance technical understanding with strategic execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Drive project planning, scope, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning delivery with client expectations.
• Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, escalations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams for smooth execution.
• Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies and track project KPIs using tools like JIRA / Confluence.
• Ensure compliance with quality gates, SLAs, and AI / GenAI-driven governance models.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost optimization, and delivery excellence.
