Job descriptionOversee site financials, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L statements. Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and counseling to enhance the team’s skills and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop events that generate demand and enhance market visibility. Participate in strategic planning and annual budget development. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates. Establish individual and team sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives. Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation and promotional efforts. Ensure cross-functional alignment to meet short-term and long-term business goals. Act as a point of contact for emergency situations. Maintain flexibility in working hours to meet business needs. Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing is a plus. Experience : 6 to 8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strategic thinking with a focus on profitability and growth. Certifications : Sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.
