✅ Upto 5 years backend experience with any modern language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala)

✅ Scaled systems that didn't break under pressure

✅ Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)

✅ Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

✅ English communication skills for our global team
