Role Overview :

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing, creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across our social media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency, grow our online presence, and support campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Design and edit engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Write clear, compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Analyze social media metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategy based on insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to support broader campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and manage community interactions.
