Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Product Training
- Conduct regular training sessions for study-abroad counsellors on destinations, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Train teams on sales communication, pitching techniques, lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
- Prepare training materials, presentation decks, FAQs, and workflow guides.
2. CRM Training
Provide end-to-end training on the organization's CRM system, including lead management, data updating, task tracking, and workflow usage.Ensure the team follows correct CRM processes and maintains data accuracy.Conduct refresher sessions and troubleshoot CRM-related issues for staff.3. New Joiner Training
Deliver induction training to new employees covering company processes, SOPs, sales flow, CRM, and communication standards.Create structured onboarding plans to ensure new joiners become productive quickly.Evaluate new joiners through assessments and role-plays.4. University Research & Data Management
Maintain updated university lists, requirements, deadlines, and course details on CRM.Guide the operations / counseling team on accurate university selection and data usage.Monitor and improve the quality of data entered by team members.5. University Updates Training
Provide regular updates on new programs, scholarships, intakes, fee changes, and eligibility changes for various countries.Liaise with university representatives to collect the latest information.Share updates through monthly training sessions, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing meetings.6. Reporting & Improvement
Monitor training performance and track progress through assessments.Identify knowledge gaps and develop improvement plans.Collaborate with management to enhance processes and training modulesSkills Required
