Role Overview :
As a Trainer 2 , you will be responsible for delivering impactful training sessions, equipping new hires and existing employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to perform successfully. You will facilitate learning in classroom and practical environments, ensure effective transition from training to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide functional direction to agents within the training environment, including progress monitoring, coaching, feedback, and readiness assessments.
- Deliver training using effective facilitation and presentation skills, leveraging creative and accelerated learning techniques.
- Prepare and present engaging training materials through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team training performance metrics.
- Partner with Operations to support smooth transition of agents from training to production, ensuring competency standards are met.
- Maintain updated product knowledge by taking calls, attending client meetings, and conducting side-by-side observations.
- Facilitate consistent communication with managers, peers, and clients to ensure alignment on training goals.
- Collaborate with Instructional Design team in developing training content and materials for multiple delivery modes (classroom, computer-based, written job aids).
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback mechanisms such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and recommend improvements.
- Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager / Supervisor based on feedback and Training Needs Analysis.
- Stay updated with organizational changes, product / service updates, policies, and processes, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Key Skills & Knowledge :
Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred) with 2–4 years of relevant training experience.Strong facilitation and presentation skills with proven knowledge of training methodologies.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and deliver within timelines.Self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to perform well under pressure.Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and apply standard procedures.Ability to work independently with moderate guidance while building domain expertise.Skills Required
