Candidates who make successful placement / conversions within 3 months will be hired as Talent Acquisition Executive with Industry-standard salaries. During the internship program, candidates are also eligible for commission-based remuneration for every successful hire.

Internship Period : Maximum of 3 Months

Day-to-day responsibilities :

• Sourcing, and screening high-quality candidates from job portals and social media channels
• Talking to the right candidates & explaining the accurate job description; generating the exact skill-set of candidates / applicants
• Enable smooth onboarding of candidates by ensuring consistent liaison between your team and candidate pool.
• Scheduling Interviews
• Assist your team in handling end-to-end recruitment
