We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow ITAM Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of IT Asset Management processes using the ServiceNow platform.
You will work across stakeholders in IT, procurement, finance, and compliance to deliver streamlined, policy-compliant, and cost-effective asset lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead or contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM modules
- Integrate ITAM processes with CMDB, Discovery, and Procurement.
- Configure asset models, lifecycle states, depreciation, contracts, warranties, and procurement records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce policies for asset governance and compliance.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset tracking, license usage, and compliance monitoring.
- Set up integrations with 3rd-party tools like SCCM, Jamf, Tanium, Flexera, Snow, etc.
- Implement automation for asset reconciliation and license harvesting where applicable.
- Conduct data audits and cleansing efforts to ensure CMDB-ITAM data alignment.
- Analyze software license usage and optimize software spending and renewals.
- Stay updated on latest ServiceNow ITAM features and best practices.
