Key Responsibilities
Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding :
- Proactively identify and onboard new corporate clients aligned with our financial wellness vision.
- Pitch and position the full suite of products as part of employer-sponsored benefit programs.
- Establish strong footholds with key decision-makers : HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance teams.
Strategic Relationship Management :
Act as the go-to partner for corporate clients, managing relationships end-to-end.Develop tailored engagement strategies and ensure ongoing value delivery.Drive client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships and referrals.Employee Engagement & Product Activation :
Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver impactful engagement campaigns.Host physical and virtual sessions (webinars, events, workshops) to drive awareness and activation.Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize activation strategies.Revenue & Growth Ownership :
