Role Overview :

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations by managing quotations, service registrations, approvals, and overall process hygiene within the system. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee preparation and validation of quotations, proposals, and service documents.

• Conduct regular hygiene checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in sales data and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams to streamline workflows.
• Track and improve operational efficiency across sales support functions.
• Support the Director in reporting, dashboards, and decision-making.
