Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth knowledge of products to support sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Support in preparing product documentation, dossiers, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Sales).
• Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical product support.
• Collect and analyze customer / market feedback to suggest product improvements.
• Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
