Job descriptionSales Process Management : Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and performance across the sales organization. Sales Data & Reporting : Maintain and monitor Sales MIS to track deals closed, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership. Onboarding Coordination : Coordinate with the sales team to collect, manage, and ensure timely submission of onboarding documents to the R&C team Finance Coordination : Act as the liaison between sales and finance to resolve client charge-related queries and streamline financial communication. Sales Performance Optimization : Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics while working with leadership to implement corrective actions. Sales Tools & Technology : Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and sales tools to support the sales process effectively. Forecasting & Planning : Assist in accurate sales forecasting and planning using insights from historical performance and current trends. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, along with Microsoft Excel and sales analytics tools. Proven ability to streamline sales processes, implement improvements, and drive operational efficiencies.
