Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Developer with mandatory expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive the full lifecycle implementation and governance of Copilot environments. This role requires a specialist who can automate the setup, configuration, and license management of Copilot environments, ensuring strict security and compliance standards are met. The developer will be responsible for continuous feature evaluation, telemetry setup via Viva Insights, process documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize Copilot adoption and value.

Job Description Copilot Deployment and Automation

• Lead the technical setup and configuration of M365 Copilot environments across the organization, ensuring optimal security and performance baseline deployment.
• Develop and implement robust automation solutions (likely using PowerShell and Azure Logic Apps / Functions) for capturing business interest, managing the dynamic allocation of licenses, and continuous tracking of usage and compliance.
• Drive the enablement and configuration of the Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights for comprehensive reporting on user adoption, ROI, and usage metrics.
• Manage the ongoing automation of license allocation and monitoring, ensuring efficient license utilization and preventing security drift.
