About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Launch Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Launch, Analytics, and Tag Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics solutions, configuring data elements, and ensuring seamless data collection across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Map AEM metadata, user attributes, and events to Adobe Launch data elements.
• Create and manage tag properties, schemas, rules, and data elements in Adobe Launch.
• Configure data elements to extract information from DOM, JavaScript, cookies, or Data Layers.
• Set up and manage Adobe Analytics, ECID (Experience Cloud ID), and WebSDK extensions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (AEM developers, business analysts, QA, and marketing teams) to ensure proper implementation of analytics tracking requirements.
• Validate and debug analytics implementations using tools such as AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into tracking requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide support for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of Adobe Launch configurations.
• Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
