INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ASSOCIATE (2–3 PQE) – U.S.–INDIA CROSS-BORDER WORK

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

You are a  responsible, highly articulate, detail-driven lawyer  with  real experience working on U.S. law matters, cross-border transactions, or international structuring —not just curiosity, but actual hands-on exposure.

You have worked in a  Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm  for at least  2–3 years , and you understand the rigor, drafting precision, accountability, and professionalism expected at that level.

You have experience or meaningful exposure to  Estate Planning, Tax, Real Estate, Corporate, Private Client, or Cross-Border Advisory  matters. You can work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate confidently with international teams and clients.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & BACKGROUND :

B.A. LL.B.  from a  prestigious Indian law school

LL.M.  in  IP, Tax, International Law, or Business Law  is a  plus

️ 2–3 years  at  Tier 1 / Tier 2 law firms  (or Big 4 private client / tax teams)

YOUR STRENGTHS :

• Actual experience in U.S. law, international transactions, or cross-border work
• Exposure to estate planning, tax, real estate, corporate, or private client matters
• Exceptional written English — clear, concise, and articulate
• Detail-oriented; high-quality drafting and accuracy
• Strong work ethic, professional discipline, and ownership mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills
• Comfortable coordinating across India + Pacific Time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON :

Cross-border drafting (U.S. + India) and research

Contracts, corporate agreements, and estate planning documents

Business, real estate, tax, and immigration workflows

Client communications and matter coordination

Confidential and ethical handling of sensitive information
