About Position : As a

Lead Dell Boomi Developer , you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of complex integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best practices in integration design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integration frameworks.

What You'll Do :

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade integrations using Dell Boomi.

Architect scalable and reusable integration frameworks across cloud and on-premise systems.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement advanced features like error handling, retry mechanisms, and performance optimization.

Ensure compliance with data security standards and governance policies.

Drive automation in deployment and CI / CD processes for integration solutions.

Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain system reliability.

Expertise You'll Bring :

Extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including architecture and solution design.

Deep understanding of integration patterns, API management, and data transformation.

Strong knowledge of SOAP / REST APIs, XML / JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems integration.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end integration projects.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
