Position Summary :
The Head – Talent Acquisition will lead the global hiring function across India, US, and Rest of the World (UK / Canada).
This role will focus on building a high-quality, scalable, and sustainable talent acquisition strategy aligned with a product / platform organization.
Managing a team of 1 Manager and 2 Senior Executives, the role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in hiring for software product companies.
The emphasis will be on quality of hires rather than volume, ensuring the company attracts and retains world-class talent.
Nature and Scope of the Role :
- Lead and manage the full Talent Acquisition function across geographies with responsibility for ~30–50 open roles per month.
- Design and implement TA strategies that align with business priorities, focusing on critical and niche skills.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to forecast, plan, and deliver on hiring requirements across functions.
- Build strong external talent pipelines and leverage employer branding initiatives to attract top product / tech talent.
- Drive process improvements, analytics, and adoption of best practices to enhance candidate quality and time-to-fill.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the TA team; ensure capability building and continuous development.
- Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate experience and strategic workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and hiring trends.
Primary Skill Set :
10–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong background in hiring for software product companies (SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform-based).Proven track record in leading TA for global roles (India, US, and other international markets).Ability to design, implement, and scale innovative hiring strategies with a quality-first mindset.Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.Experience in driving employer branding, talent intelligence, and diversity hiring initiatives.Demonstrated ability to manage high hiring volumes without compromising quality.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions.
