We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth opportunities, expand strategic relationships, and contribute to Dexter's leadership position in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development-

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential M&A and fundraising deals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate leaders, investors, and industry experts.
  • Manage first-level discussions with prospective clients and partners.

2. Travel & Networking-

  • Travel extensively (domestic and international) to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Leverage events and forums to identify new prospects and deepen existing relationships.
  • 3. Alliance Management-

  • Develop and manage strategic alliances with both domestic and international partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify synergies, unlock opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • 4. Market Intelligence-

  • Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Share market insights to strengthen business development strategy and positioning.
  • Requirements :

    1. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related sectors.

    2. Strong professional network with corporate leaders, investors, and industry stakeholders.

    3. Proven track record in sourcing and driving business opportunities.

    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    5. Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

    6. Solid understanding of M&A and fundraising transactions.
