Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for an Art Director. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead the visual direction and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design skills, capable of overseeing projects from ideation to final delivery across multiple platforms, including print, digital, video, and social.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
• Ensure visual consistency and high-quality design standards across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the production of creative assets, including style guides, storyboards, layouts, and final artwork.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Present ideas and design rationale to stakeholders and clients.
