Job Description :
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Managers to join our growing team at Uplogic Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling international clients, managing internal teams, and driving end-to-end sales cycles effectively.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Drive business growth through client acquisition and retention, focusing on international markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering to final closure.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams including developers, QA, and product teams for seamless project execution.
- Create and maintain detailed sales reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Develop strategies to reach new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Required Skill Sets :
