Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts in the IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a robust pipeline of clients, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the IT services and staffing space.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client IT staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (e.g., revenue, number of new clients, gross margin).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales in the IT staffing or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
