As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving international B2B sales, targeting IT services opportunities across North America.
You'll manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to closing deals-while working collaboratively with our pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities across global markets, with a focus on the US region.
- Pitch company offerings including web and mobile development, enterprise solutions, and staff augmentation services to CXO-level prospects.
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle-from lead generation, qualification, proposal building, and negotiations to deal closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure timely and customized proposals and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their technology needs.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activities and pipeline status.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
