Roles and Responsibilities :
- Dealing with Store Managers / Floor executives
- Good knowledge of A+ Stores across Pune.
- He / She needs to open new B2B Clients along with handling old ventures
- Must be having good skills in using reporting software.
- Collection from the market within the agreed terms.
- Profit margins will be the main KRA.
- Preferred area of Operations- Pune- Good exposure towards horeca segment.
- Handle ecommerce business
- Work very closely with the Ops team to get the daily forecast
- Work on SKU wise sales plan where to sell & what to sell.
Education Graduation / MBA preferred
Skills Required :
Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantageGood communication skills in English, Hindi and local languageProficiency in computer skills MS OfficeFrom Modern Trade Sales backgroundPreference to people coming from F&VValid 2W / 4W Driving licence and should have own 2W / 4W
