Role Overview : We’re looking for a

Growth Marketing Specialist

to drive

paid ad performance, influencer collaborations, and social media marketing —all aimed at building a thriving creator community and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Paid Ads & Retargeting

– Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) to drive user acquisition and retention.

– Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility and credibility.

– Execute engagement-driven campaigns to grow and nurture our online community.

What We’re Looking For :

influencer marketing & partnerships for a minimum of 2 years

social media trends, creator economy, and community building .

– Not just presenting numbers but using data insights to craft winning strategies.
