Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals and brand tone.
- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies across digital, PR, print, influencer, events, and video.
- Plan and coordinate 360° campaigns with content, design, and video teams—including shoots, scripting, and production.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of 10–15 members, improving workflow, delivery quality, and timelines.
- Conduct monthly reviews, renewals, and performance discussions focused on growth and retention.
- Contribute to creative thinking, insight-driven storytelling, and idea development.
- Integrate AI tools for smarter planning, execution, and optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a solution-driven, collaborative culture.
Qualifications
3–5 years of agency experience (mandatory) in branding, advertising, or integrated marketing.Exposure to at least three areas : digital marketing, PR, events, print, photoshoots, or video production.Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Proven team leadership or coordination experience (10–15 members).Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Canva, or similar project / reporting platforms.Interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.Degree in communications, marketing, or creative / visual studies preferred.About the Company
