Job Summary :
- As a Customer Relationship Executive in the healthcare sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience, managing inquiries, and providing support services across various communication channels. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth coordination of patient care and services, offering personalized assistance to meet their needs.
Note : Candidates from healthcare / hospital industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person.Manage patient appointments, provide information on healthcare services, and assist with billing or insurance-related queries.Ensure timely and effective resolution of patient issues, escalating cases when necessary.Maintain patient records, update relevant information, and follow up on pending tasks.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication between departments and efficient patient care.Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.Handle emergency or urgent inquiries, ensuring appropriate escalation to relevant personnel.Provide guidance to patients regarding healthcare services, insurance claims, and medical procedures.Adhere to privacy policies and confidentiality standards in handling patient information.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of healthcare services, policies, and procedures.Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 0.6 months of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in healthcare / hospitalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered careAvailability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekendsA basic understanding of healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.Skills Required
