Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.

Required Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to respond appropriately to customer needs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
