About the Role :

We are seeking a high-impact strategic communicator to serve as a partner to the Director on strategic projects. Your primary mission is to take full ownership of translating complex data initiatives into simple, compelling, and visual narratives (PowerPoint decks) for our senior, non-technical executive leadership. This is a storytelling and strategy role, not a technical data role. Your success will be measured by your ability to make data accessible and impactful for our C-suite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own Executive Communications : Design, write, and build all executive-level presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) for the Senior Leaders, including materials for Board meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and steering committees.
• Translate the Complex : Act as the bridge between our technical data and AI teams, project managers and senior leadership. You will digest complex analytics, roadmaps, and program updates and distill them into clear, "so-what" business narratives.
• Manage the Process : Proactively manage the end-to-end communication lifecycle—from gathering inputs from data and ML engineers to managing review cycles and meeting all executive deadlines.
• International Engagement : Travel to Hong Kong and Singapore to meet with senior executives, present strategic initiatives, and gather feedback, ensuring alignment across regional leadership.
