Billing Manager – India

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager for our India office to oversee the order-to-collect process and maintain a strong controls framework. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within large financial institutions or technology companies. This role involves leading a team of billing analysts, ensuring accurate billing data, and supporting staff development. Strong project execution skills, knowledge of the pricing and billing lifecycle, and the ability to manage global teams are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain a controls framework within the order-to-collect process.
• Support staff development to keep pace with transformational changes.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance for team members to assist with their professional growth and effectiveness within the group.
• Establish a highly skilled operating environment.
• Establish sustainable and efficient operational capabilities to support business growth.
• Work closely with the accounting team to deliver complete, accurate, and timely billing data.
• Manage a local team of billing analysts.
• Ability to establish and manage the monthly close schedule for the order-to-collect process.
• Management and resolution of internal and external inquiries and escalations.
