VisionPlus development

We are seeking a highly skilled VisionPlus Developer with a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience in the Cards domain . The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge and hands-on experience in VisionPlus , IBM Mainframe , VSAM , COBOL , EAZYTRIEVE , JCL , and CICS . You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications within the VisionPlus ecosystem, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• VisionPlus Development : Perform development, maintenance, and enhancement activities within the VisionPlus suite, specifically across modules like CMS, ASM, FAS, and CDM .
• Mainframe Programming : Develop and maintain code using COBOL, JCL, EAZYTRIEVE / SORT on IBM Mainframe (ZOS) environments.
• Database Management : Work extensively with VSAM databases for data storage and retrieval.
• System Operations & Tooling : Utilize Mainframe tools such as ISPF, Control-M, File-aid, and Xpediter for efficient system management and debugging.
• Agile Practices : Operate within Agile practices and a global delivery model , using tools like Rally and JIRA for project management.
• Code Quality & Security : Apply principles for rapid code generation and ensure application security, including adherence to frameworks like Trusted ADM .
• Problem Solving & Analysis : Exhibit strong analytical ability to investigate business issues / concerns and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Domain Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Credit Cards Domain within Banking and Payments.
• Adaptability : Be flexible to scale up / reskill as required to support new-age technologies and queries.
• Test Automation : Contribute to Test Automation efforts for VisionPlus applications.
