Strategic Alliance Marketing Manager

Job descriptionOwn Kanerika’s partner-led events, industry conferences, and flagship summits. Land speaking slots with Microsoft and Databricks at high-visibility stages. Design digital and hybrid events (webinars, roundtables, workshops) with measurable audience engagement. Turn every event into a pipeline-driving, brand-building moment, not just a calendar item. Act as a host and coordinator to ensure internal / external alignment. Work hand-in-hand with sales to ensure events and alliances influence opportunities and pipeline. Enable sales teams with partner content, co-branded decks, and joint positioning. Track ROI on partner and event initiatives with clear metrics (influenced pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, deal velocity). Target awards that showcase our partner innovation (e.G., Microsoft Partner of the Year, Databricks Innovation Awards). Craft submissions that highlight joint wins. Amplify wins across PR, sales, and partner ecosystems. Kanerika consistently featured in Microsoft and Databricks campaigns, events, and analyst mentions. Events and partnerships drive pipeline influence, revenue opportunities, and brand visibility. Sales teams point to partner co-marketing content as deal accelerators. 2-5 years in B2B tech marketing, ideally SaaS / AI / data / automation. Built and scaled partner co-marketing programs (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS experience a plus). Planned and executed partner-driven events with measurable pipeline outcomes. Created case studies, co-branded content, and award submissions that landed. Collaborated with sales and partner teams globally across time zones. Ecosystem-minded : You think in terms of partnerships, not just campaigns. Connector : You turn Microsoft and Databricks introductions into lasting joint wins. Storyteller : You craft narratives that make partners proud to feature Kanerika. Operator : You run events and campaigns that look seamless — even if backstage is chaos. Experimental : You test new formats and creative ideas, not just “the usual booth.” Global thinker : You see every event and alliance as a chance to extend Kanerika’s reach worldwide.

Partner Marketing with Microsoft, Databricks & Beyond
- Build and scale joint GTM programs with Microsoft and Databricks.
- Drive co-branded campaigns, joint case studies, and customer stories that partners want to amplify.
- Secure Kanerika’s presence in partner marketplaces, thought-leadership content, and joint PR pushes.
- Extend proven playbooks to upcoming alliances (AWS, Snowflake, and others).
