Web Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for a Web Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Amplitude to help shape and support our digital experience strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys digging into web data, Qiang event instrumentation, and building dashboards that surface meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure we’re collecting the right data and using it to make smart decisions.

The role require working in CST Hrs : 7 pm till 4 am IST

Key Responsibilities

• Own the QA and ongoing validation of Amplitude tracking events to ensure clean, trustworthy data.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the right events and properties are being tracked.
• Proactively identify data issues or anomalies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and monitor key metrics that measure web performance.
• Build and maintain Amplitude dashboards that provide visibility into site usage, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
• Investigate and analyze user behavior within Amplitude, translating product data into insights that inform business decisions.
